Advocacy Support SampleLiving Cities, a consortium through which major national foundations and financial institutions invest in urban revitalization, needed a publication on reasons for banks to support community development. Magnificent Publications transformed a technical paper into a highly persuasive, targeted brochure and created a design that was dignified yet lively.

Advocacy Support SampleMagnificent Publications has developed a range of educational and promotional materials for the National Association of REALTORS®, including table tents and “pochette” gift packs for a flagship event of the association’s Young Professionals Network. Magnificent Publications also developed a series of publications to promote an NAR initiative to improve the representation of minority groups among the membership and leadership of its 1,600 state and local associations; a Federal Housing Administration toolkit, consisting of a Power Point show, booklet, video FAQ, and talking points on FHA-insured mortgages; and a brochure to promote the nationwide School of the Future Student Design Competition.

“Sometimes our concepts are complex, involving issues of law, finance, and institutional players. They gave us very creative ideas to keep the page count down and they manage my time well: that really differentiates them.”
Kyle Lambert London, Diversity Representative, National Association of REALTORS®
