FollowUp™ is a one-stop, comprehensive source for meeting coverage service. We provide highly qualified reporters, writers, editors, transcribers, and artist-designers who work as a team under the direct supervision of a Magnificent Publications project manager. Skill and experience are fundamental to FollowUp’s mission, which is to extract, organize, and accurately present the technical, scientific, or policy information generated in conferences, workshops, retreats, and other kinds of meetings.

Types of Services Provided

FollowUp’s flexibility and breadth enable clients to acquire the most cost-effective level of coverage for any particular meeting. Our recording specialists can deliver audio and/or video, and our writer/editors can prepare edited verbatim transcripts (word for word) or succinct summaries of key decisions and discussion highlights. We can send still photographers to capture presenters, personalities, displays, and events, as needed.

When a paper is needed, we can draft one using an audiotape plus the speaker’s handouts or slides, if any. We also manage the review process with the speaker, so the deliverable is a final, approved manuscript.

Deliverables

All meeting reports are delivered electronically (in client-specified format) as well as in print. The print version can include photographs and other graphic materials. For lengthy, complex meetings, we can also prepare CD-ROMs and Websites integrating text and graphics.
